Sinkland Farms may be best known for its amazing annual pumpkin festival that draws people from all over throughout the Fall season—but our annual Sunflower Festival will keep the family coming back all summer.
Our 4th annual Sunflower Festival will be an experience you will remember forever! Viewing our 8 acres of sunflower fields, with over 200,000 blooms, and over 20 different varieties of flowers will be a new summer family tradition. While our sunflowers will be the star of the show, we will have 3 weekends jam-packed with activities, music, food, and fun you won’t want to miss. Enjoy all the festivities at the Sinkland Sunflower Festival, unlike any other!
Listen to live music, explore local arts and crafts vendors, and tour the grounds through our walking trails. Even the pickiest eaters will find something to sink their teeth into with our wide variety of food trucks. Taste authentic southern barbeque, hand-dipped ice cream, and more. Grown-ups will enjoy a sampling of craft beer and wine. Picking a beautiful flower will be just the beginning of your day at the Sinkland Farms Sunflower Festival.

Our annual Pumpkin Festival is truly something to write home about! We are celebrating our 33rd anniversary during the 2024 season and are making sure this will be a year to remember. Attracting folks from miles around, we bring out the best of the farm during our traditional pumpkin harvest. While our pumpkin patch is the star of the show, we offer five weekends jam-packed with activities, music, food, and fun you won’t want to miss.
Venture on a hayride or enjoy a relaxing nature stroll to 10 acres of pumpkin patch, meander through the corn maze, watch the pigs race, and breathe in the fresh country air while gazing upon five acres of sunflowers at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Children may enjoy our Kidz-Zone which includes a zip-line, giant slides and jumping pad, swings, ropes course, spider climber, and so much more! Skip over to see farm-ily, friendly animals, horseback trails & pony rides, walking trails, and The Tuscan Pond. Adult beverages are served on the Tuscan Terrace. Meet at The Cottage Shoppe for ice cream, kettle corn, jams, and goodies, live music, local artisans & food vendors to delight!

Enjoy fall festivities at Sinkland and our Pumpkin Festival unlike any other! Listen to live music, explore local vendors, or tour our grounds on horseback (or ponyback!). Lily Comer is a small-town girl with big dreams. Lily, originally from Welch, WV, was raised in Bluefield, Virginia. This talented singer/songwriter/musician has taken the industry by storm! Lily’s sound has been influenced by Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, Hank Williams, Sr., Tammy Wynette, Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, and more! Lily has been playing professionally since the age of 14.

Wine & Pumpkin Festival at Sinkland Farms November 4-5, 2023. Virginia wineries. Live music with The Hot Mamas, an all-female singer-songwriter multi-instrumentalist collective - 1-4pm. This November 4th & 5th, 11-5pm will be the closing weekend of the 2023 Pumpkin Festival, and will also highlight our corn maze, hayrides, kids zone, animal barn, live music, food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, among other attractions, including our new Super Mega Ride-n-Slide.
