Winner of the 2021 American String Teachers Association Outstanding String Project of the Year, The Virginia Tech String Project, founded in 2007, is the signature community enrichment program for the department of music at Virginia Tech. 70 violin, viola, cello, bass, and guitar students will perform selections of string music at the 2024 Sinkland Farms Pumkin Festival.
