Wear your Best Costume to Win $100 Prize on Halloween! Costumes will be judged by public applause, so bring all your friends to cheer you on. Judging starts at 2 p.m. with a Costume Parade to follow. All participants shall meet behind the main admissions to begin the contest with three categories – Best Child Costume, Best Teen Costume, and Best Adult Costume.
