Tuscan Pond
Set on five acres of lush gardens, our outdoor ceremony site features majestic pillars, a glittering pond, a trickling creek, and rustic bridge. The wildflower beds change color with the seasons. White, hand-made benches can accommodate well over 250 guests. Vows are exchanged on a Virginia bluestone terrace backed by rolling hills, green pastures, floating white ducks, and crystal clear skies.

Adjoining our barns, the terrace that can host hundreds. An expansive white pergola invites guests to socialize and celebrate al fresco in this outdoor wedding venue space. Our Tuscan Terrace is an ideal location for cocktail hour, where your family and friends can look out on the lush natural landscape while enjoying libations. To the south, the barn doors open onto a beautifully manicured lawn with a firepit which can also host a seated farm-to-table meal.

Reception is the celebration of the Marriage and The Party. So after the bride and groom announced Mr. & Mrs. , the guest depart to Cocktail hour to the terrace pergola enjoy libations from the bar. They can Plush furniture with a water feature to view gardens of roses, hydrangeas, lush greenery. Greenery selfie wall for guest to capture the memory of the day. Italian water fountain where children will delight in tossing while adults relax to the trickle of the water. Guest can sample hors d’oeuvres, and cool, refreshing drinks while visiting family and making new friends.
Adjacent to the terrace are numerous games such as bocce ball, basketball, corn hole, and more.

At the heart of our farm is the stunning 5,000-square-foot Farmstead Barn. Included as the reception space with a Tuscan Pond ceremony, it affords a gorgeous celebration setting. From dramatic doors; to the signature, locally-crafted bottle chandelier, every detail is sublime. In case of rain, a new Chapel Barn (featuring a two story vaulted ceiling and interior open cupolas) is available.

The large 5,000-square-foot Rustic Chic Event Barn includes oak cross-back chairs and wooden farmhouse tables. Along the perimeter are vintage and antique furniture, china and crystal sterling decor, and seasonal floral arrangements - all included so that you don’t have to decorate the room.
The barn feels spacious with the cathedral ceiling laced with twinkling lights, a signature chandelier, and flowing white drapery.
The stage is the perfect set for the wedding music whether DJ or a live band or a place for the bridal table, cake cutting, first dance, or wherever your imagination leads
Your wedding or rehearsal dinner may be displayed atop the hand-crafted buffet-style bar with the adjoining taproom.

Another sweet touch from our farm’s original roots, the old dairy parlor has been lovingly re-imagined as a honeymoon suite and getting-ready space. Host a girls’ night in with your bridesmaids before the big day and prep in style on Saturday morning. After the party ends, enjoy the first night of your honeymoon under these elegant eaves.

Our rustic Rain Barn can accommodate up to 250 guests. Your vows will be exchanged among hay bales and a iron sphere chandelier under warm and natural light.
